Take the PLUS Expressway. Head towards exit at Bidor Toll Plaza. From Bidor town continue the journey via the trunk road i.e., Jalan Changkat Jong all the way to Teluk Intan. You’ll pass through Hospital Teluk Intan(left) and after passing McDonald (on the left) at the main cross junction, Turn left. At the first junction(After Anson Timber), turn left(Taman Fajar Signate) and you'll pass a veterinary clinic. Keep driving until you reach TNT Novelty House~Homestay / Motel / Hotel in Teluk Intan.

Room availability will be on ‘First Come First Serve’ basis and the rates remain unchanged throughout the year  except during Chinese New Year.

Strictly No smoking inside the room or bathroom.

No pet is allowed.

Each Children is treated as One(1) pax.

A fee of RM5.00 will be impose for every additional towel requested. 

*Jacuzzi/Steam bath. Approval from the owner is needed for safety measure.

If the car park is available, the guest should request to play and use the items (bicycle and toy car) at the area. After using the items, the items should be returned to its respective place in good condition. Any items found faulty or damaged, the guest would be required to reimburse.

Should there be a function held, the guest are not allowed to use the area.







The car park availability would be on first come first serve basis. Kindly park your vehicle behind if you wish to go out early on the next day.

Any guest who is interested to reserve the area for a function, the rental fee is RM300.00 for a duration of eight hours.

Notice! Any outside footwear(such as shoes, slippers, sandals, etc) are off limit from this point as to maintain hygienic room and its walkway. The provided slippers place at the entrance is allowed to be worn within the room walkway but not outside the entrance. Kindly be courteous not to wear other guests footwear!

  1. Nice and cozy place, we liked the place... but not that unfriendly lady boss, ended up a dissapointing stay. Unless you can withstand lots of ridiculos restrictions and a lady boss who is rude to her clients, i would not recomend this homstay.

    1. First of all, I thank you for the review and I know who you are. Because you challenge me that you wanted to write review in my blog because you are not happy with me and in return I told you I will reply your review in my blog.

      1) Many people stay in my homestay because homestay means feel like home and respect each other like a family. I’d provided you the ambience when you agreed my homestay is ‘nice and cozy place’. Obviously, you ‘liked the place’. My task is consider well done! So, what more do you expect as I had provided the place that caters for your expectation.

    2. 2) In my 11 years of operation, I only enforce 2 critical rules; a) No Smoking inside the room; b) check-in after 2pm and check-out before 12pm. If these 2 rules are consider ridiculous, then you cannot be consider yourself as a guest for my homestay.

      3) You bring a lot of outsiders to come to my homestay and purposely said you intend to promote the room to them; but, these outsiders were inside your room for several hours and continually came by batches. My homestay already have 97 guests that day and you still bring so many more. How am I going to answer my other guests if they also did the same thing as what you did? Don’t you think my place will be a ‘pasar malam’ and no more privacy for my guest?

    3. 4) Which homestay must provide several servants for their guest and outsiders and have 24 hours room service? Any five star hotel in the world, everything is additional charge if extra service is require. Common sense will tell you that in homestay, no one provide any five star hotel service because everything is self-service, no slave, and no servant provided.

      In front of me you scolded me, instructed me to served you and your family and your guests(outsiders), and misused my display items. Furthermore, you had check out and yet you still hang on to use my place to celebrate your festival. Without my permission, you and your family members and your guests(outsiders) used the display set to eat ‘chee cheong fan’ and moon cake and drinking beer which is not halal; then, without washing it some of the display items were even left on the floor and table. (You’d disrespected my Malay guests by consuming non-halal drinks and food. Your guest even shouted at me that “if the display items cannot be use, then they should not be displayed”). After that all of you leave the place in a mess. I don’t even asked any additional fee. By right this is a service that you don’t appreciate as not even a ‘thank you’ was uttered and you just treat me as if I’m your slave to clean it up. I was tearful when you rudely demand such request which hurts me because I felt as if you treat me like a slave of yours. If I’m not rude to you and chase you out of my homestay, how am I going to prepare for my 2nd batch of 97 guests while you’re still occupying my premise?

      5.1. Because of you...... I lose my temper and chase you out!
      5.2. Because of you...... I will enforce all my house rules.
      5.3. Because of you...... I change all my homestay towels to make sure the guest do not use it as floor mat. Once it is spoilt, guest is liable to pay RM50.00.
      5.4. Because of you...... Everything extra requested will be impose with extra fee. On top of that, the rate has been increase because I’m not a slave.
      5.5. Because of you...... TV set broken has to be paid.
      5.6. Because of you...... All the cups and the plates were replace with new ones. Outsiders are prohibited from using or to bring those utensils into the room.
      5.7. Because of you...... WIFI ID has been change and the guest(outsider) no longer allow to use the premise nor the WIFI.
      5.8. Because of you...... Additional fee of RM20.00 will be impose if outsider uses the premise but they are still prohibited from entering the room. Anything broken or loss cause by outsiders, respective In-house guest will be held responsible to pay for the damages.
      5.9. Because of you...... In-house guest are not allow to held any party without the owner permission. RM200.00 will be imposed if such activity is to carry out. Utensils are not provided.
      5.10. Because of you...... My business increase and I repeatedly tell your story to all my guest when I was asked why the review is like that. I’d shown the pictures on your mischief.
      5.11. Because of you...... I cannot be lenient to the guest and I won’t be keeping quiet if they break the house rules.
      5.12. Because of you...... my blog has extra good and bad cherish moments.

      6) Please think twice before you write such a review. Frankly speaking, 8 person a room with the price of only RM250.00(Type 5), do you think it is fair for 8 of you to occupies my whole 97 guests lounge?

      7) In your review, do you still think you can use this low tactics to spoil my image and reputation?????

  2. 7 of us from KL spent 2D1N here during public holiday. The homestay is very comfortable, clean, homy, close to nature & is equipped with ample games & enjoyment. The venue is at the centre of town, easily found and foods are easily accesible.

    the lady boss is thoughtful & proactive. We would like to thank her for our wonderful rest at HOME, a place that will always be our haven in the city of hustle & bustle.

  3. To be honest, a place with retro chengai woods design, a place with a friendly lady boss, a place with good environment, what else can we say? I would highly recommend this place. A homestay which is feels like home. Ps. Pls bring along ur mosquito repellent if you're a mosquito's choice at nite if you plan to chit chat at the living area.

    在安顺,除了能找到美食,浓厚的人情味,我还找到了一间环境优美的home stay.
    在这里不但能感受到大自然的照顾,里里外外的正义木更为让人感到舒适,再加上这里所有的设计更是店主精心的设计以及亲力亲为的建造出来的。
    说回来到这里的感觉,住了好几次,不难发现有很多热情的背包客,这里的店主一家更是热情的招待,还让我这游子感到挺温馨的。
    说到价钱,更为令人感到安心,绝对合理。
    硬币肯定是有双面的,而每件事都有正和反。
    我倒是蛮推荐大家可以到这里小住小聚,感受下这里和谐的环境与气氛=)

  5. This lovely hotel is definitely a great choice for all groups of travellers. Its location and price can't be beat. I stayed in a single bed room for one night. It is not only equipped with the basic necessities but I was also pampered with a spacious bathroom with steam bath machine. A good bath time will ensure life is bearable, so it was not a surprise for me to take a long shower time, haha! The words of wisdom on displayed did capture my attention and there are things to ponder in my minds after reading it. I learned that the hotel does have the rooms exclusively cater for the needs of larger group of visitors at an affordable price.
    Apart from that, the surrounding of the hotel is being decorated by many small decorative items. Some of it are able to make the visitors reminisce their childhood. That would be interesting! I personally fancy the attic-like cottage built in the hotel which serves the purpose as a library. There are various nice spots for photography session. I suppose if you're enjoying sharing your photos and whereabouts on the social media, this would be something not to miss out. Having the opportunity to hold an insightful chatting session with the lady boss was a rewarding experience in the trip. She is a loquacious woman indeed!

  6. Came here in mid November 2014 and its a highly recommended for a stay in Teluk Intan. Very nice and cozy environment, comfortable rooms, great and inspiring living area with lots of wooden designed furniture, strategic location in town centre and last but not least a friendly lady boss who is very kind to show us around the homestay area filled with unique wooden furniture and design.

    Appreciate every moment here and kudos to the management for the nice homestay.

  7. Was here very recently, was with my girlfriend and we were from KL going to attend a wedding here in Teluk Intan, and I had my mom suggest me to stay in this place for the night.

    Probably my best experience ever staying in a homestay, the owners (didn't get to meet the lady boss haha), got this one uncle, he was very helpful and friendly towards us. Being from the city, the place felt so much like home, and it was so cozy and I found myself telling my girlfriend many times that this place is so much worth it.

    We didn't get to use the wifi (we weren't at there most of the time) but we definitely enjoyed our stay.

    Would definitely stay over here again the next time I am in Teluk Intan to visit my friends, and thank you for having us over!

    Took 3 months for you to reply this?? Can see your efficiency from here itself. Well, I dont think so you get what i've written in my review. The issue here is your attitude towards your customers or in a nutshell YOUR BASIC COURTESY SUCKS!!! Let me put some sense into your brain (clearly you dont have any) by explaining to each of your statement.

    1) First, there's no such thing as guest lost their rights to give review once given refund. This is a democratic country and I have my liberty to voice out my point of view regardless having my refund back or not. Dont create any new rules here. We have full rights to give review to avert other people from getting treated of how you treated us. Thats the reason of having reviews. You (the daughter) gave the full refund coz you knew the fault was YOURS!! Otherwise you could have easily say that once paid there's no refund which is clearly stated on your booking.com page. You gave the refund without even saying a word.

    2) Yes you mentioned about the no of pax but the matter is the way you talk to my dad and my uncle. You could have just said it in a nice manner. Let me give you an example on how to say it in a proper way.

    "I'm sorry sir, I cant allow you to go in. This is our rules and regulations. "

    Or you could have said it like this

    "Sorry uncle I cant allow you to go in. We can only allow max 5 person."

    But instead you said, "Cannot cannot..go wash your face in public toilet."

    This is where the problem started. If you said it in a nicer manner I wouldnt have to write a long review in here. I cant believe you were proudly saying "showing your courtesy by using the public toilet". In a way its good you wrote that in your reply. Based on the statement, clearly shows we are not making it up and the problem actually came from your side.

    3) What do you mean that I left my dad and uncle aside and check in?? My dad was the one who drove and he had to go to park his car. You were the one who asked us to check in first while waiting for them. And now you are twisting the story. My dad and uncle didnt even go inside the room. They were waiting at the waiting area. You didnt even let them in how is it possible for them to enjoy your room facilities?? Dont try to mislead the story. I know you have the CCTV footage. I dare you to post it here (which you would have probably deleted it). By the way, we were in a group of 4 girls and 1 boy (my brother) not 5 girls. So its proven once again that you are actually making it up.

    Dont you even realise every statement you gave are actually pointing out your own mistake?? How fool can you be? Are you that blind??

    4) Once again I would like to reiterate that it is my liberty to write out my review. It is you who cant take in any negative review. I can see there are few others who gave negative review as well and you replied them in a rude manner. It is so obvious that you have an attitude problem.

    In reference to the screen shot, your rating speaks on how poor is your service!!! Your reply should be justifying your rude act but instead you went on to prove that you're indeed a person with bad attitude. Shame on you!!!

  25. Very very very bad experience to call us stupid just bcs the unclear instruction or procedure they had for their homestay. All of us experienced the same. Cukup lah sekali je kecewa sangat kalau tak percaya cuba lah. Make sure bawak cash sebab katanya dia cuma except walk in bukan dari online booking. So nanti dia suruh kita bagi tahu contoh agoda untuk refund duit sebab with consent of owner, nanti agoda call owner untuk verify so nanti dia pulangkan duit kita yang online booking. Eh macam-macam lah malas betul nak fikir.
